Conscientia is a consortium alliance of leading boutique search organizations throughout North America. Like PFM, Conscientia's members are all independent firms with an elite portfolio of private, public and not-for-profit organizations. The alliance takes its inspiration from the Latin term for shared knowledge and the ideas surrounding consensus.
PFM is also a member of AESC, an industry association representing retained executive search consulting firms in 1000 offices in 70 countries. One of the oldest organizations of its kind, the association is engaged in promoting the highest professional standards in executive search through the development of professional practice and code of ethics guidelines.
