ResearchA crucial component of our executive search process is the extensive research we undertake for each assignment. We favour a proactive approach. In addition to accessing our large talent bank, we rely on our vast network of contacts, many of them leaders in their fields, to help identify potential candidates. Working in tandem with the project team, our researchers also develop background materials to assist clients in describing their business, corporate culture and specific executive requirements. |
