Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Infrastructure, the Bid Director will be responsible for driving the implementation of bid strategy to ensure key processes are in place that exceed client expectations and support overall business development for the organization. In addition, the incumbent will assist the Senior Vice President by continuing to add-value by identifying new opportunities for further growth and diversification, through mediating with key stakeholders within government and various industry partners. The Bid Director will have not only the necessary technical skills and business acumen to grow the business, but also a proven record of success in managing the bid or proposal process. The ideal candidate will rely upon a broad mix of project management, engineering, construction and career experience that has produced outstanding results in previous organizations. Experience with both infrastructure and P3 projects would be an asset. Superior interpersonal and communication skills and a proven, innovative track record are hallmarks of a suitable candidate.
